Review: This location was well staffed, plenty of employees to ask for help. For the most part they were very helpful and competent. The store is clean and kept organized. A customer dropped and shattered a big light bulb, and the staff was very quick to clean it up.

Review: They had to use a forklift to get the item we needed. The guy that helped is was great.  Only been there for a month and had a lot of patience. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Most of the time customer service is a 3 star, but this time this guy made up for it.

Review: Michel, in paint, was a huge help. I was really overwhelmed looking for bulb in lighting. I paged for assistance, and Michael in pain offered his helping hand in finding what I was looking for. Great service with a nice smile from a helpful young man. Great job lowes!

Review: This place probably has everything that I’m looking for and a price to beat it… However I’m not sure the staff are all on the same page. Sia helped me a few nights ago when I came in looking for sprinkler repair ideas. He was more knowledgeable than staff around him or on the floor.

Review: I could never trust a store that operates in such a manner. They sold me a $2500 item that normally lasts 10 years. Within 3 years I am stuck with a defective appliance! The manager listened to my issues with the unit, and verified all the info with the warranty company and the problems with the item, yet offered a discount on a new appliance. Really?!!  Never to fix the bad unit, no replacement, no credit for it!! This may sound like a bad experience, but would you gamble your money on a place that eludes a faulty item even when you buy EXTRA coverage warranty just to make sure something like this doesn’t happen?

Review: Hrrible service and uneducated sales people.  Cesar sold us a $4,500 oven and trash compactor, promising us a $100 rebate, which never came.  Delivery mess ups, $428 installation fees.  I am truly disgusted with Lowes, Northridge.

Review: Horrible customer service. They just flat out don’t care about their jobs. Never seen such low employee morale just going into work collect paycheck and do nothing. They actually trying to avoid eye contact as you walk in the aisles. And when you finally get a hold of someone for some help you see dread in their face. I seriously doubt any district or regional managers would read this anyways. If they do have some pride and do something about it. This is my neighborhood and I like to go shop and put my money in a place that actually cares about what to do. Shame 🙁
