Review: Stress free shopping. They have nice couches, newer styles compared to other stores. Short lines, helpful employees. Mario was my cashier; he was very upbeat. The stores kept up, and bathrooms were clean.

Review: The customer service at this location was top notch!! As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by two of the employees. The store was very clean, prices are cheap, and we didn’t wait in long lines. I will definitely come back to this location.

Review: Very convenient to were I like live. They always have bigs sales, especially during the holiday season. The best manager that works there is Timothy and my favorite coworker is Frankie. All the products are very cheap and not overpriced as such as other stores like Walmart or target.

Review: I went to the big lot on 63rd and may Oklahoma City.. And had the pleasure of being helped by the manger Theresa I wasn’t sure what type of beding I needed but she helped me to decide, I also wanted a new bed and she helped me not only pick one but carried it to the truck.

Review: I purchased a Hoover Windtunnel and within the week the motor burned out. Talked to a young man in the Independence, MO Noland Rd Store and he was most helpful , polite and well informed. I returned the vacuum with no hassle and am very pleased with the way the store handled this. Each visit to the store I was surrounded by nice, well groomed, courteous employees and they did everything to make my shopping pleasant. I do not think this is the “ordinary” way people are treated in most retail stores. A big thank you to “Mike”, the manager, and the employees for this excellent service. In addition the store was very clean and well organized.

Review: We purchased over $1000 of various size bamboo blinds for our mom an pop cottages/motel needs. My online purchase was so easy. The delivery was very quick and free shipping. Purchased several other items for our business needs and was pleased with everything we received. Even the stickers came off easily an quickly from the tableware we purchase. Some very unique items I have found nowhere else. Very pleased with all my purchases.

Review: my husband and i drove over 100 miles to biglots in spokane washington to buy our first lit xmas tree and were excited to put it up well there was no stand in the box so called the store just to find out we had to wait for a different manager after talking to one already so have to try and get ahold of the other manager in the morning so we found a tree stand in the mean time thought that would solve the problem becouse we were told they couldn’t ship us one by the first manager thout every thing was going good until we heard a big crash the stand broke breaking my old very old expencive lampand a few other favorite things we can’t aford to go back to the storewe are old and the roads are bad where we live please help signed very sad people

Review: Horrible customer service! I go here often because of their great deals and it is so close to my house. I will not be retuning! I mistakenly left a large tub of laundry pods in my cart once I realized I forgot them I turned right around and called the store immediately! When I got back to the store I ran inside and asked a few associates if anyone had brought the detergent in? Basically everyone just shrugged their shoulders, and looked at me like I was nuts. The manger told be because I left the doors with it in my basket it wasn’t they problem and he could do nothing for me. I was gone for 3 minutes and my cashier confirmed that I just purchased it. Not very helpful, polite or apologetic! Will not be shopping there again, not because I forgot the item but because of their not my problem attitude and lack of understanding!

Review: Store is dirty, run down, trashy in appearance especially where the furniture is.Incomprehensible rewards program, which you only earn points on purchases of $20 or more. I gave up doing this.
